If I could give zero stars I would. Where do I start upon calling for the quote I was told I would be called back after 24 hours I called back for them to give me a tremendously high quote. I paid 2k down payment for commercial insurance and it has been everything but customary since then. When requesting COIs it’s takes 24 hours, reps can be rude and dismissive, and I was told my account would be flagged because I changed my radius once. Find insurance with people who appreciate your business. I called this evening after hours of waiting for an update on my additional insured and was told we get it to you as soon as we can. Go elsewhere you don’t need the derision! When you have an issue they will simply ignore you.

Update to a previous review:
I am 2 and a half years in with Bulldog Insurance and I will have to say, with all the struggles of the transportation industry, Bulldog rates have kept me afloat. The turnaround of request to receiving coi is less than a day. A lot of times I request and receive the coi before I get up from behind my laptop. I say this to say they make sure I can run my business flawlessly.
I enjoy renewal times, because it seems as a wellness checkup, I get to ask questions, and we figure out a game plan. Throughout the period as well, I get nuggets and gems that help my company stay stay safe and productive.
As I reach renewal again, Bulldog will definitely be the company I'm partnering with.
