First and foremost I have to give credit where the credit is due with starting off with Janel hands down the most personalsble sales person you can ever meet right along next to her is Paul the sales manager by doing anything in their power to find a vehicle that would fit my needs any all the features I wanted I truly wanted to strive for a truck but financially wasn’t the greatest option for me right now that now instead of going through with the truck I wanted and trying to pressure me to buy it they sat me down with the numbers and even told me it’s not the greatest idea which I took into consideration and found me a 2024 ford escape st line with all the bells and whistles most importantly there was absolutely 0 pressure put onto me about purchasing the vehicle and are super understanding to treating you like family here at BvF once again I can’t thank you guys enough 110% gained my business for further years to come and will definitely be referring my family as well.

I normally only do reviews when the service was exceptional. I went to Bull Valley Ford to test drive a 2022 all-wheel-drive Maverick during the test drive I knew I was gonna buy it. I was going to do a Silverado but I just turned a Silverado in and I thought why go through all the same crap. Two hours later I’m driving home at the price I wanted with four new tires. Thank you Mike Hanson my salesman and Bull Valley Ford you guys are great

I drove over 3 hours to get to this dealership,(Bull Valley Ford) from out of state. They had a car I was interested in that are hard to come by. I never even heard of them before let a lone dealt with them or knew anyone that dealt with them. It was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had in 45 years. As soon as I walked into the place I felt comfortable, like I been a customer for along time. Marco and the rest of the car buying team did a fantastic job.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Bull Valley Ford. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was just a number to them rather than a valued customer. The sales staff was rude and dismissive, showing little interest in helping me find the right car for my needs.

The prices they quoted for used cars were insulting, especially considering the numerous problems these vehicles had. It was clear they were trying to overcharge for cars that were far from perfect. This isn't my first bad experience with them; I previously bought a car from Bull Valley Ford that turned out to be rusted out on the bottom, and they completely disregarded my concerns.

While my friend and I were discussing prices with the salesman, other coworkers were mocking us loudly. It was obvious they were more interested in making a quick sale than addressing the issues with the car. As a single mom of two kids, I need a reliable and safe car, and the way they treated me was unacceptable. They seemed more focused on making a quick sale than ensuring I was satisfied and safe in my purchase.

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car to go elsewhere. This dealership is a joke and does not prioritize customer service or quality. Save yourself the headache and look for a dealership that values and respects its customers.

My family had a smooth, easy and friendly experience with Bull Valley Ford. We arrived at about 5pm on a Friday night and within 2 hours we were driving away in new vehicle. Each of their staff provided wonderful customer service and didn't make us feel rushed, even though we were there at closing time on a Friday. Plus, they were inclusive of our 10 year old that was with us, shaking his hand and calling him by name. We worked with Janel Coia and she was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or aggressive. The rest of the finance team were also helpful and made us feel comfortable. Thank you to the entire staff at Bull Valley. We are loving our new wheels!
