LESS THAN ZERO STARS - (have to put one, or the review can't be posted). The owner of this company also owns Shepherd Heating & Cooling. They don't show up when an appointment has been made. I've been calling and trying to get answers, but the same response from 3 receptionists, "We'll get back to you." Completely unprofessional.

This company is the worst, they not only didn't properly clean my couch with them leaving with it still smelling but they didn't show up twice when they said they would come back and take care of it and finish doing the job properly. They've told me several times they would reach out to me for a refund and have never called me back and are now blocking my calls. Absolutely do not hire this scam company!
