A few days ago I decided to look at my insurance bill that's been on auto pay for years. Turns out, my auto insurance hiked my premium for 4 cards by almost double what I was supposed to pay. Naturally, I needed to figure out what happened and contacted Dima at Broad Spectrum after a friend referred him. Within a few minutes of getting my current premiums and contracts, Dima was able to figure out the problem and correct my policy. I was using the same insurance company for auto insurance, home insurance, home owners insurance for a rental property, umbrella and professional liability insurance for my business. I ended up switching everything over to Broad Spectrum and stopped getting ripped off. For what it's worth, the best part is that now I can contact someone directly and I know someone is looking out of for me to make sure I get good coverage and not get ripped off the in process.
