I love my bank! I opened an account and they gave me $300… I’m so excited. The staff is very helpful . My checking account is free no fees. They have a free machine to count my change too. So happy I decided to bank at Wintrust it’s always a nice experience. Free 🏧 too! I always recommend to many friends.

Good place to get your banking done when you need your card the same day. I had went to a lot of locations and this location was the only one that fulfilled my needs. Evelyn who is a relationship banker is the one who helped me while her customer service skills were excellent. she also made me laugh and tried to bond with me as a customer to make me more comfortable.

Its upsetting to get the wrong information rewarding your account. I was waiting for my coupon bonus today because that's what Gerardo had told me before on the phone. I check my account and I don't see it, then I called and another branch answered and they confirm to me that it takes 3 months for the bonus to kick in. If I would have known that I wouldn't have opened it. Secondly, I spoke with him regarding my debit card getting decline, he couldn't figure it out, at the end I was the one who had to turn on the applications on my mobile app in order for it to work. I don't understand how the bankers won't know that. Another thing, it sucks that they don't have the option for customers to withdrawal more than $500.00 in an Eatm from other banks that allow to withdrawal up to $3000.00. I think bankers need to get there information together, & when they open the accounts to clear the coupon upfront, the weirdest thing is that the manager opened my account and didn't explain that to me. Lastly, I couldn't understand why I wasn't receiving statement alerts to my e-mail, I find out that they typed my e-mail incorrectly online because I had to change it. :-/

Excellent place to get your banking done. I came in earlier today to open up a checking account and was happily greeted by the employees. Less than 10 seconds after walking in, I already had someone who would help me. Gerardo was very helpful and I was able to receive my White Sox debit card on the spot! I especially like how there's no monthy fees and ATM reimbursements (if you use an ATM outside the Wintrust network in the U.S.). Highly recommend...

I've been using the same bank for the past 8 years and finally decided to try someone new. Love their zero ATM fees and having my debit card replaced on the spot! Im guilty of losing it and was very excited to hear that they are one of the few places that can replace it right away. Super friendly staff and very helpful. The drive thru saves me so much time when Im in a hurry!

Don't use the ATM machine for deposits it keeps going out and it keeps your money does not get added to your account you have to make a claim and wait days to get your money back. First time deposited they kept a lot last time it was just 7 dollars this bank is new and the ATM keeps going out I have seen it a lot of times not working something is fishy about this atm they need to replace this new ATM because it seems like its old. Really Brighton bank needs to get it together fix or change your dumb slow machine only here this happens

I opened my account and they were very polite. I really like that they reimburse ATM fees. Very nice branch and I like that I don’t have to maintain a minimum balance. Everyone greeted me at arrival and were very attentive.
