Brien Plaza is a great agent. I use his firm for both auto and home insurance. He and his staff have always been attentive and thorough in addressing any concerns or questions that I have had. His office manager helped review my previous home insurance policy and was able to get me more comprehensive coverage for the same price. Brien Plaza has been my insurance agent for my home and both of my automobiles for a couple of years. He has always been very responsive to any of my needs and has worked incredibly hard to keep my rates low. An example of the type of service I've received from his office: my wife and we're driving to Phoenix when some large object flew off the the back of a truck and shattered my windshield. I immediately called Cid who works in his office. She told me not to worry about anything. She made all the calls and arrangements for me - everything was taken care of by the time I got home. I highly recommend Brien Plaza for your insurance needs.
