Kim Coleman has been our State Farm representative for years. We made a terrible mistake by going with someone else when we bought our house and with our car insurance we were overpaying and under insured.
Kim walked us through everything and she is almost like a member of our little family. We trust her with our lives. Our homeowners and car insurance were bundled. We have life insurance with her at a reasonable price. I NEVER have to call customer service. I call her, we have a nice conversation like friends. Then I ask her to pay with our card in file and it’s done.
