37 years with this agent; no claims. He made a lot of money from us. But alas, a homeowner claim this year. When called, his first reaction was to convince us to not file a claim. He did not file it with State Farm. We had to at their 800 number. We never heard from him again, even as we are having difficulties over two months later.

I was in a accident where my car was unmovable. I called Brian Matthews, he was extremely helpful in getting a tow truck and arranging a rental car. When I arrived at the body shop they were expecting me and my rental car was there ready for me. Brian had called ahead and informed them of my situation and had my paperwork ready.
