Great customer service. My problem was the rates continued to rise. 50 years of a perfect driving record didn't seem to matter. Being on fixed income I had to go to another agency that saved me $500 every 6 months.

Terrible service at a difficult time! My mother passed away sent the Death Certificate twice and brought it to them in person! Had to make 2 follow up calls after that for them to do their job! They are the most difficult company that I had to deal with I. This process. They should be investigated!!

I wish I could give negative stars. Delaney Bennett signed me up for an auto policy I did not want. I told him that I was sticking with my home owners policy only, well he signed me up anyway! Somehow got my VIN number because I didn’t give him that and put an active policy on my car. When I got the bill, I didn’t pay it because why would I? Well Allstate sent me to
collections and now are refusing to fix it. I’m not paying for something I didn’t want and was illegal signed up for. I still have my home owners through them… for now. Absolutely awful company and of course Delaney no longer works there according to the lady on the phone but yet he still shows on their website…? Absolutely disgusting

UPDATE: they’ve now raised my home owners policy over $500 from what my mortgage company thought it would be for the year. Ridiculous!!! I’m finding another company asap!

I wasn't going to bother with writing a review, but then I got a stupid fake birthday card in the mail, as if anyone at this agency actually cares about me as a customer, and it really got on my nerves. They send me that garbage in the mail, but haven't communicated with me about a claim I tried to make last AUGUST. A tree limb fell on my roof, and making a claim was a complete waste of my time, just the most unhelpful experience I've ever had. No one responded to my last communication attempts, so my roof wasn't fixed. Then another storm happened and made the damage worse, but I haven't even bothered with contacting Allstate because I know they won't help me, even though I'm STILL a paying customer. They'll just say this too is all my fault, but it's their lack of response and follow up that has caused the problem to become worse. I'm stuck with temporary solutions and trying to raise the money to pay for the repairs out of pocket, all while I'm still paying Allstate for NOTHING because my hands are tied. Thanks for checking in on me y'all, I was looking forward to your birthday wishes...NOT. ?

When filing a claim it seems like it’s the policy holder not the insurance company who does all of the claim work.

WORST insurance company EVER! I would have given zero stars but for the fact that you have to include at least one. First time having homeowner's insurance and went with this agency as they came through a lender referral. Had to submit a claim and I am now almost 7 weeks out with no resolution in sight. We have been living in a construction zone with a barely usable kitchen during this entire duration. No one at this agency reached out to help resolve my claim. When I called about the damage we experienced, I was told by the agent that this is not what homeowner's insurance is for. "It is for catastrophic events, like a fire or if a tree falls on your house." Apparently, according to him, not when you have a water damage incident. Really, Bill? Is your agency specializing in bullying now? I would expect that a local company would take care of their customers and provide superlative customer service. Not Breck Price Allstate Insurance and certainly not Allstate period. We have been tossed around to different adjustors, none of them local, all with a different story and all with promises to get this resolved and get our kitchen and laundry room put back whole. I'm STILL waiting! Complete lack of communication on the part of Allstate agents. Shameful, unprofessional and appalling! "Do the right thing" is clearly NOT their motto! We are NOT IN GOOD HANDS!

Everyone at this office has always been extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure you're happy with your policies!!! The one occasion that I needed them due to a hailstorm that damaged my car, they made sure that my car was repaired as good as new! Trust me, you won't regret giving them the opportunity to cover your home or vehicles.
