We had such a fun time at Bowlero Gulf Gate! The atmosphere was lively and perfect for a night out. The bowling lanes were well-maintained, and the game itself was so enjoyable. The drinks were fantastic—well-crafted and just what we needed to keep the energy up! It’s a great spot to unwind, laugh, and create memories. Highly recommend for a date night or just a fun outing with friends!

Had a fun time bowling here! The atmosphere was great, and our server was excellent—very attentive and friendly. The lanes were enjoyable, and despite it being super busy on a Friday night (which was expected), we still had a good experience. The only downside was the front desk staff, who didn’t seem very welcoming or eager to assist. It would be nice to see a bit more friendliness at check-in. That being said, I’d definitely come back and recommend this place for a fun night out

Fabulous place with exceptional customer service! The staff was more than willing to accommodate me with all of my questions and concerns. Stephen was very attentive to the shirt I was wearing (he called it the October shirt) & I looked lost but was able to actually share my reason for the shirt. I was just recently diagnosed with melanoma and it was just nice to be able to talk about it with someone who showed such compassion to a complete stranger.

I accidentally booked at another location and they where absolutely amazing and helped me fix everything and where super kind and nice and all the staff are on top of there game and it’s just a super nice fun place and i definitely recommend checking it out.

Great updated, clean, and fun bowling alley!!! I love the retro feel and the cleanliness! The snack options are really tasty, and I recommend the mozzarella sticks. The arcade has a great option choice as well! Overall great bowling alley!!

Had a really fun time at Bowlero! The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the vibe was great. The food was actually pretty good for a bowling alley, and the tall beer pitchers (like towers!) were a cool touch.

Only minor issue was finding a bowling ball that fit well - I normally use a 12 ball, but had to go up to a 15 just to get one with the right thumb hole size, which left my hand sore by the end. Also, check-in was a bit slow.

Otherwise, it's an awesome spot for both adults and kids. There's an arcade for the little ones who don't want to bowl, plus bumpers and ramps to help them join in if they do. Definitely would come back!

We’re in a league at Bowlero—and unfortunately, we’re stuck here. We’ve already paid, and it’s the only location close enough for us to bowl, or trust us… we’d be long gone.

We booked our league time in advance (per their policy) only to arrive and wait 33 minutes in line because just one person was working the desk. The manager? Standing nearby, but doing a whole lot of nothing. We were told by her that we’d have to wait in line after asked if we had reservations and said yes we do.

We were told scheduling ahead would give them time to prepare the lanes. Turns out, “prepare” meant no oil, no setup, and getting crammed between kids’ parties with zero bowling etiquette and even less oversight. Not once did staff step in or say a word.

When we finally got to our lane, it broke….literally ate our balls and shut down. We were told it was “being worked on.” Reality check: we found the mechanic ourselves, just wandering around. No one had even told him.

We waited another 20 minutes before things were fixed.

This isn’t new. We’ve been coming for over a year, and the service and experience have only gone downhill. It’s chaotic, mismanaged, and not remotely what a paid league experience should be.

If you’re considering joining a league here, just know what you’re signing up for. There’s another Bowlero out there, but sadly it’s too far for us. Otherwise? We’d happily trade the chaos for a competent staff and a properly oiled lane.

We had a birthday event in 4/19/25. Bowlero exceeded my expectations at every corner.

The booking of the event was simple and well explained.

Our server was polite, attentive and never left us waiting for drinks or food.

The bar staff were polite and accommodating. We had some people upgrading to the premium drink bands and they were willing to still serve us while we were getting that all situated.

The general manager Gracemarie was also wonderful. She checked in with us a couple times to make sure everything was going well. She was easy to work with and accessible for communication the whole night .

I honestly don’t think that there was anything else that they could have done to make our event any better.
