Horrible experience with this company from both the issues caused by the technician and the customer service. We called them out to do a routine inspection and luckily had before pictures that were taken by Boone and sent to us after the inspection. 3 days later, our unit wasn’t cooling and we called a different company out who discovered that the start wire coming from the compressor to the contactor was completely burned off as if it was touching the start wire going into the turbo start. The before pictures looked nothing like this, and I find it to be EXTREME coincidence if it wasn’t caused by the technician. This was just 3 days later and the wiring was completely fried. A huge fire and safety hazard. When I contacted Boone about the complaint and spoke to their general manager, Marsha Griffin, I was met with the worst customer service I’ve ever experience. She would not let me get one word in, kept cutting me off, and blamed ME for the issue. I see no choice but to post this review since they are not willing to make it right. After pictures attached as well. I also have doubt that many of the “5 star reviews” here are real.

They kept us informed as to when David would arrive. He showed up on time and installed the parts that were ordered. Good experience!

I remembered them from their TV ads so thought I would give them a try when I needed some help with my toilet. They didn't respond to their website request I put in so I had to call them. They did respond same day sending out a tech.
I was very surprised at the price of $500+ to fix my toilet but didn't want to have to pay the service call and then try to get another company out so I let their tech go ahead.
I feel the products they used to fix the toilet was no more expensive than $50.00 and tech was done in 45 minutes so hate to think how much I overpaid for the work but not my area of expertise.
Paid by card and never got a copy of the receipt or what the warranty was o the work. I had to call their office to ask for a copy of the receipt and asked someone to get back to me on the warranty of their work. Still waiting........
For the price they charged and the low cost material they used, I doubt I will be contacting them in the future.
October 7, 2024 I received a telephone call from Williards explaining that they did an overcharge and refunded me a reasonable amount that made the service work done somewhere around a normal charge.
What I failed to still get was a written understanding of the warranty on the work performed which I responded to their refund email multiple times asking for this and I still have not received. I am sorry but I just don't feel 100% good regarding this process and probably will not contact them if I need work in the near future.

Old: Fixed several issues in my system, saved me money and was super thorough. I couldn't be happier. Kris Nash was friendly and super knowledgeable.

Update: 5/27/2024 - the day before Memorial Day (today) my AC system gave up. It had developed a freon leak and as the system is a sealed system, a leak could not be repaired. Adding more freon would have just been a waste of money. So here we are, in need of a new system. Roy Ferrusca went over our options. Well there were financing issues and Edwin helped push through financing. Because it is Memorial Day, an install crew was not available. We were scheduled first thing on Tuesday morning. Ten minutes after Roy left, we got a call that a crew would be available to install in the next two hours. It is 5:24 pm and my AC unit is blowing cold air. So grateful to the folks at Willard/Boone's for making it happen.

This gentleman that came in to look at my ac was very polite and very kind. He spoke clearly and I was more impressed that he spoke Spanish that way I communicated with him on my birth language. I appreciate that he got there when he said he would . Thanks again and keep up the good work. I also thank the dispatcher he was ver helpful and polite as well .

I've had Willard for years. Since their merger with Boone's Heating and Cooling, I have not been disappointed with the additional services the merger made available to me. Kaylie Grandll recently served my HVAC unit. She was thorough and patient. I felt like she was willing to answer each of my questions and represented Willard well.

And going into the options for fixing my systems problems he presented photos and explanation of problems and clear choices. Answered all questions I had very completely. No pressure, just info.

Just had David Romero come out and hook me up. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable about the entire situation. And a shout out to the dispatcher that took my call at 9:00 last night. She gave me some tips of what the issue could be and was right! Able to get my A/C going again and run all night.
