TLDR; basically a money hustle and complete waste of investment

We’ve had a very frustrating experience with this company. The advisor we were working with ghosted us after we completed the financial onboarding guide (which was a couple thousand dollars). The plan itself came with a simple online dashboard and a one page summary that contained basic financial advice. The advice we paid thousands for was to diversify our portfolio to 70% stocks and 30% bonds. Hardly any additional details was provided in terms of amounts, types of funds, timing, etc. None of the content was worth more than $10 let alone thousands.

When we reached out to see why our advisor stopped responding, the founder Brian responded and informed us that our advisor left two weeks prior. We had zero heads up about this. He offered to talk to us about our frustrations but at no point was there initiative taken to attempt to salvage us as a customer and pair us with another advisor in the company. We were simply brushed aside. We asked about a refund for the onboarding package but were also denied since their end of the bargain was “completed”.

Since this experience we’ve reached out to other companies. Some of which provide a free onboarding package as they have so much faith in their customer onboarding. I’d recommend for anyone to try that route before you throw away money here.
