Husband and I came home from vacation to 85 degree house on Sunday. We called but were unsure if we would hear back right away given that it was the weekend. Travis came out and was extremely thorough with the repair. From the minute he put the van in park until he put it in drive, he had a smile on his face. He was considerate of our home and even talked to our infant daughter. He was empathetic to our situation and took care of us.

Thank you to Nick and Jason. 9 year old unit with compressor that failed. They were able to promptly get the replacement part warranted and the unit repaired for us. Did a good job pointing out the need for a good coil cleaning and got that taken care of for us.

Office personnel was able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. Jason the service tech was very professional in his explanation of diagnosed problem. Practiced social distancing to a tee. Explanation of what was needed to fix the issues and explained how it would work through our home warranty program. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. Look forward to to the completion the repairs.

Jason and his staff were amazing to work with! After attempting to repair a 22 year old unit they painlessly walked us through the process of replacing our HVAC system. Jason worked late and responded to ALL my questions and concerns all through the weekend and even evening hours. He went above and beyond (I had a lot of questions lol) They came today and replaced the old unit very quickly and worked us in (we had no heat so that was nice) I am looking forward to working with them in the future for any of our HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing needs (I love that they are a one stop shop) ….. Excellent People and Service we are truly blessed to have called them!!!

I just had these guys out today to look at an issue I had. Not only did they fix the issue but there was no attempt at trying to sell me items or services. The technician was very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. I will absolutely use Boiling Springs H&A in the future.
