Marie Grundel is the MVP in my life lately! With or without hail claims and other wrenches life throws your way, insurance is a complicated and mind-blowing business. Having the ability to call and speak with Ms. Marie personally has been life-changing. I understand clearly what I need to do when making claims, changing policies, or switching companies. Ms. Marie makes it her foremost duty to ensure that my and my childrens’ best interests are in my mind as we insure and protect our assets. Ms. Marie works diligently and in a quick, timely manner to make sure business is taken care of with as much ease as possible for me. Ms. Marie will bear the burden of the hard work and research without question, which takes the load off of my shoulders. As a busy profession and a mom, this is priceless. She does all of this, not just as a business woman, but because she truly loves and cares for her clients. BlueSky is an amazing company and Ms. Marie Grundel is the best there is in the business.

Dealing with insurance has always been a stressful process for me but not with Blue Sky. I was previously with Nationwide but the agent I had would never return my calls, emails or text messages! I had to add my husband's car to our policy so after being ignored by my agent for 2 days, I called the 800 number to only to be informed that I didn't have ANY coverage even though I was being charged for it. This was a Friday afternoon. Who was going to want to help me at 4:30PM on a Friday afternoon before a weekend I called Blue Sky Insurance and within 2 hours Marie Gundel set me up with auto and renters insurance. That spoke volumes and the level of customer service has not weakened, if anything it has strengthened. For once I know my agent is on my side.
