I always have a positive experience at the Crestone Blue Federal Credit Union. Noah has been exceptionally helpful to me lately in dealing with my recent financial challenges. He is professional and courteous and goes above and beyond to be helpful to me and other customers. He is a very valuable team member at Blue Federal and I appreciate him and his service.

The minimum required deposit is $5. I had $38 in my account, I left my account dormant and they hit me with a $25 transaction fee and closed my account and took the rest of the money. The sent me a letter warning me of my dormant account two weeks after closing the account. I expect this from other banks but not my local credit union. The bank manager, who was very courteous, said had they had deleted all info on my account so she was unable to see what transpired. Lastly as a Crestone local there is no autonomy or privacy while banking here. I initially deposited money here because I felt it would benefit the community, but in the end they took more money from my accounts than I ever collected in interest.

I really appreciate everyone at our branch: Amber, Noah and Destiny. They go out of their way to help each time. The office is as we like it in small town: everyone is friendly and also extremely efficient. I alway enjoy being there.

Amber really bends over backwards if you need to make changes on the account. We were there a couple of days ago

I started banking with Saguache County credit union and then it became Aventa and now Blue. Through all the transitions I am happy. Rachel does an amazing job, along with Amber, Destiny and Noah. They make everyone feel like family and they do a great job!

Noah is the best agent here in Crestone always makes sure whatever you’re trying to process is gonna go through. And with changing over from AVENTA to Blue, he is really assisting with I just have to share so many things are broken with the new bank. I miss AVENTA have to say. Noah needs a raise always five stars from me
