Rita was amazing, every step of the way she communicated so well and effectively and wanted to make sure I understood my taxes. She went above and beyond and was helpful in finding new ways for me to save money with certain expenses I wouldn't have thought of. I feel like I'm set up for success with some new processes that Rita suggested as far as tracking my expenses for next year and it will be an EVEN smoother process than this year.

We have been with HR Block Advisors for many years. Their fees have always been a little steep but we figured that for the piece of mind it was worth it. Well, this year we had our 1 hour appointment and was charged $700! Absolutely ridiculous! I can't think of any other profession on this planet where you are charged $700 an hour for typing numbers in a computer! They have lost a loyal customer because of greed. We will NEVER go back there again and evey single person we speak to will be warned about their fees that are an absolute rip off! Do not use their services.

Patricia is extremely helpful and trustworthy. My wife and I feel confident every year that our taxes are done correctly. They always get me a couple thousand more back than if I would have done it myself. Really great experience all around. Already have our appointment made for next year!

I've filed my own taxes since I was 16 years old. With everything that went on last year I thought it might be a good idea to get my taxes done professionally, boy was I wrong. $450 later I was audited for the first time in 14 years. Definitely not worth it and I will update this once I talk to them about my audit.

I have been a Block customer for years, however, I never can calculate what it is going to cost me to have my taxes done. Every year it's a different price and I don't know the cost until I walk in for my appointment. If I am a valued customer, you would think I would get an email with notification of a price increase, etc... I have had it with this organization!!!
