We recently purchased a used Polaris General from this dealership from out of state. Kortley was a pleasure to work with, answered all of my questions and had e documents prepared, which made the transaction a breeze when we got there.

They did a full service on the machine, let me know the history of it and offered and very good price. When I had a mechanical question about it, they had one of their fleet workers to me in a couple minutes.

The dealership is very nice and well kept. They have a variety of machines that will suit all your outdoor needs and the rest of the staff was very friendly. They even threw in some hats and shirts with the sale.

I'd highly recommend this dealership!

I was in the market for a new side by side since I just retired, (fixed budget and income) I shopped around local, and online with dealers within a days drive (South Dakota, Idaho, Las Vegas), found a few machines, cheapest being in Vegas. I called Kelsi at Big Pine, we spoke for a few minutes, told her what I wanted, verified they had it in stock, and she said ‘I will call you back’. She called a short time later and BEAT EVERYONES PRICE!! No hassle, no gimmicks, just BAM, this is what we can do. She then kept me in the loop with everything, she just LISTENED to my wants and didn’t try any tactics. WOW!! Then to top it off, I added a couple of accessories, she was able to squeeze me in with service and get everything installed within a day! What an ABSOLUTE AWESOME EXPERIENCE with Big Pine!! I was looking for a new four wheeler (CanAm Outlander). I made a call and Kortley answered the call and had told me that they had the one I was looking for, I asked if she would hold it until I was able to get there (2Hrs away Tooele) she said yes. When I finally got there it was on the show room floor ready to go. I was completely impressed with the trust that they would hold it. Kortley was great to help with the paperwork and Shaw to finish the deal. They did stay a little longer to get everything done and loaded. What a great experience. Great experience start to finish! Buying something sight unseen isn’t easy, (I live 2.5 hours away from them), but they made it painless and even enjoyable.
Kortley was great to work with; super responsive, informative, and knowledgeable on the machine.
No haggling on the price and very transparent with all costs, fees, etc.
pick up was a breeze and if I hadn’t decided to buy some accessories, I would have been in and out in 30 minutes.

Excellent service from the front desk all the way through! I purchased a used trailer and when the lights didn't work, they sent someone out to look at them and fixed the problem.
