They’ve actually been EXTREMELY good to me and over the top with my car financing relationship with them… I NEVER have experienced customer service and REAL people in any auto finance company I’ve had a prior relationship with and for that I will always speak very highly of them and refer anyone I know to them. I got in a bind a few times and the last time a pretty big bind and Lisa called me and told me they wanted to help me they wanted to do anything they could to help me get back on track and stay on track without burying myself in the car that also needs significant repairs as well. They even offered once proving my commitment to them in making things right they would do anything they could to help with my repairs!! I am so incredibly grateful… so grateful. They truly do care about their relationship with their clients!

I bought my first car back in 2022 with this bank. I have had countless issues with them. They have claimed I didn’t make payments in certain months of the year, when I did. They checked my credit score again in 2023 for whatever reason. It’s just been a hassle. They are crooked and I do not recommend! There ARE other banks that will work with you and be accommodating to real life. DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE

If I could give 0 stars I would. My car got towed. Called them to see if they could help they told me yeah but I would have to pay them back to tow fee. Then when they got it out said oh you have to pay the full balance. Leaving me and my son carless and the loan open on my credit smh. Now I can’t even get another loan.

Never ever ever use this company for a car loan. They talk about how they will work with you but in the end they will not I can’t wait until I get them out of my pocket because they are crooked. They wanted to repo my car over 300 dollars like is y’all for real but wouldn’t give me time to be able to pay the whole balance, so no I would not advise anyone to use bfch for a car loan. Run fast if you hear they will give you a loan.

We paid cash for a car for my daughter. Promised a keyfob because the 1 included was causing errors. Many promises for 3 months from manager, repo manager and still nothing.

Please run away from this company and I mean far away don’t even put your credit on the line to deal with this company sketchy shady rude I don’t even see how this is a bank You get no proper receipts of payment. You can’t access your car loan online to see how much is left everything you have to call in never had this problem before This is a company you want to pick as a last resort

These people illegally repo my car then dold the debt to keno financial who took me to small claims court Were I provided the judge proof that I was not in repo status not one payment was missed and the judge dismissed the case these people still have repo showing on my credit report

My husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles using this loan company. We are getting ready to purchase another utilizing this company again. They are very understanding when you need some extra time to pay just be honost and communication is key. Laura has been a blessing for sure!!!! We recommend this company (just choose your car dealership wisely and you'll be fine. Do your research)
