The insurance agents will help you find the insurance, whether home, life, etc., that is right for you. I have been a client of BH Gold for many years, and I have never been disappointed. When you contact BH Gold, you will quickly discover that the insurance agents are your advocates and only want what is best for you, as their client. If I were to rate them on a scale from one-to-ten, I would give them a 15…. I want to recognize Lisa Carss, in particular. She was the insurance agent that helped me through a difficult situation. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I called after a referral from Palomar. This was after near 2 weeks of unsuccessfully trying to buy policies from all the major insurance companies as very few offer landlord coverage for SoCal condos.

Lisa is the agent I worked with to purchase coverage. This transaction took minutes, and it was exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. I was so happy I nearly cried.

Do not hesitate to call and purchase your policy from them; best experience ive had in my life as a homeowner.

REALLY disappointed in this Co. Have been using them for years, but the great person who helped us before is gone, and the replacement is awful. I have several emails with questions about a PENDING policy and they will not respond. No excuse for such bad service and attn. Seriously don't want to use BH Gold anymore because of this person. Also, had to get in touch to even find out what was going on for a RENEWAL. Obviously they don't care at all.

I love these guys! I bet you don’t hear that one about insurance companies. But as a business owner you look for ways to make your life easier.

Erin helped me to pick the right insurance for my business and her supporting staff helps to continue to support all the many request that I get from my city clients who require specialized notations within the policies.

They also take the time to hop on the phone to discuss points about my insurance and help to educate me about why the insurance policies are structured the way that they are, and how the different laws impact the decision making process of insurance companies. They never make me feel as though I am bothering them at any capacity, even though I feel like I do lol.
