I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Bernstein Financial's accounting services. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Nancy, my recommended contact, I received no response or assistance. Initially, Lupe, a co-worker, informed me that Nancy was unavailable but would get back to me. Unfortunately, that never happened.

Over the course of several weeks, I sent numerous emails seeking help, but each one went unanswered. While it's understandable for professionals to be busy, the complete lack of response and disregard for my inquiries is inexcusable and reflects a lack of professionalism.

When it comes to tax matters, timeliness and responsiveness are crucial. The fact that Bernstein Financial left me hanging in a desperate tax moment raises serious concerns about their commitment to their clients. If you're seeking a reliable and attentive accounting firm, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

They can't do anything right. It's extremely unprofessional for a firm to agree to do your taxes, tell you they're working on it, then mysteriously stop contacting you at all (and failing to let you know of a key deadline). Skip this company if you value your money.
