I paid my payment 2 days early. I got charged 20$ and I also got charged $7 . There are hidden charges when You pay online $7. Your payment will show the amount owed but not the $7 so Your policy will then be charged $20 if You catch it before the policy lapses. I called to speak to someone and was treated horribly. So I cancelled my policy that was after I paid the amount owed. He said I would get reimbursed. When I looked at what was owed I got double charged plus the $7 and the $20. I have proof of my payment I asked to speak to A supervisor he said He's the owner and To go to another company. I would avoid this Place at All cost. It is unfair because Now it's going to go to my credit and I'm going to have to dispute it. I tried fixing it

We were with Benson Insurance for two years. We only left because we had a huge savings with another company. However, we will likely return. I will absolutely keep them in mind when I review my policies. Sydney was wonderful to work with; she is very knowledgeable and friendly.
