Worst tax firm ever. We had a tax preparer that we worked with for a few years and he left the company close to end of 2021. Michael Dryer, who is the one that took over. Did not make payments for our federal tax like we told him to now over a year later, we found out we still owe taxes for 2021 plus penalties plus interest. He will be hearing it from my husband and I.

Terrible service. I was a customer of Joe churchward for 30 years and bay landing bought his business. After that they sent me a letter telling me we can no longer do your taxes. Looks like they only take care of high clientele only. They sent me a letter last minute before taxes are due. Also they are very slow to get back to you with any questions. When you leave a message with them they just tell you we never got it. Don't go here. Look for another tax consultant

I've been going to Joe for my personal and business taxes for about 5 years at the referral of my financial advisor. He's terrific: sharp, a trusted advisor, and efficient. I have referred other people to him for personal and business tax and other accounting needs, and they too are long term clients. Such loyalty says a lot about Joe's professionalism and quality of service.

Note: The office is closed for lunch between 12-1pm.

This review is based on their lack of customer service, communication and follow through. I have a simple W2 and no itemizations. They increased their cost of my tax return by $300 WITHOUT telling me. My tax return went from $450 to $750- for a single W2. And it isnt like they did it super fast, filed early or anything. It takes them FOREVER to reply to my emails. I will never ever work with them again.

We visit Mr. Michael to inquire for a real estate property transaction, Mr. Michael was extremely professional, kind and respectful, he took time to take of us even without an appointment to verify the law and promised to contact us for a response, his response was between minutes.
I strongly recommend Bay Landing North Tax & Consulting for real estate tax transactions.
