I've been a customer for decades. The staff has been polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional throughout my experience here. Interest rates and services are competitive. Left the big banks in favor of a hometown credit union for every day needs, and it was one of the best decisions of my financial life. No runaround, easy access, humans on the other end of the phone.?

I went there as a matter of convenience. Now I’m glad I have a credit card union such as BF
NEVER will I step into a bank
Capitola knows how to treat folks. I’ll Travel out of my way to get good service and this location knows the definition

I think this is the best bank that I've had!! The employees, especially Alex(c) are terrific. They really do help you with whatever they can. I have had some medical issues and they were very considerate. They are patient, kind and best of all, know what they are doing! It IS a credit union, so that also makes it good, too. I love this place!

Bad experience with home loan. Patrick was helping and when I didn’t qualify never called back after several calls from me and voicemails. Disappointed in the type of workers this bank has, will take my business else where. I plan to close all my account with them

UPDATE: Ryan Cash and Bay Fed CSR team came through, thank you for treating me as I am used to 🙂

I am not one to leave negative reviews but Edith Galindo was so unprofessional and it seems her "leadership" is rubbing off on the rest of the team. They do not seem to care about their customers anymore, as a loyal customer who referred multiple people over to them i was DISGUSTED with the way Edith handled my issue, she was very rude and even admitted their system is "wonky" but didnt feel the need to help me out. Not only has this branch lost a client but i will be telling everyone i know who uses bayfed to go to ANY other branch besides this one, all of this frustration and annoyance over $28, maybe Bayfed can take it out of her check?
