Many of us can imagine and recognize the value of an experienced, professional, dedicated loan officer and their supporting staff…maybe they are rated four stars? sometimes five? Although I have no other choice, I cannot, in good conscience, give Dannielle Davidson and the staff at Bay Equity 5 stars…it would be cheating them of their true value. It isn’t 10 stars, 20 stars, or more. The honest truth demands that, though 5 stars are often used to describe an entity as the best they can be, Dannielle and her staff at Bay Equity are, and I know it for a fact, really are, priceless. For eight years I have been searching for the market in three different counties for THE home...the one “meant to be”. Many offers were made; some outbid, some failed appraisal or a home inspection (like the one without any plumbing to bathroom fixtures!). Each disappointment I experienced was countered by them with empathy and encouragement to attain my goal. Over time, Bay Equity’s response to every new application I made for each home considered was always patient, positive, and immediate. So many times, in today’s market, 24 hrs. can make all the difference between a signed contract or a dead deal. Today I mark 23 days as a (drum roll)…very Happy Homeowner! Amen, thanks to the Lord and the tireless patience, persistence, and dedication of Dannielle and the staff at Bay Equity. There is no one better at what they do.
