They got everything scheduled that needed to be scheduled, showed me every line that needed to be signed on, made all necessary appointments for me (all I had to do was sign up!), and even gave me a present as a congratulations on my brand new home. I was not an easy client and asked almost daily what the mortgage rates were and changed my closing date three times and they were patient and accommodating of me the whole process.
