STAY AWAY. They are liars and their response to my review was all lies. We have been trying to cancel our policy and receive our money back since end of November/beginning of December. It is now the end of January and they still have not canceled our policy or sent us a check. Every week we are told the check is in the mail to only receive a letter giving a different excuse as to why they cancel our policy. We have provided them everything they have asked. When I called Hartford they stated that our agent has not reached out one time to check on things or sent any paperwork. This company is so disorganized (which is one of the reasons why we wanted to leave as well).
