This bank won't even accept my checks for deposit because the checks come from my Charles schawb account. They said because my account 2 months old. No thank you. This bank is like Beverly hillbillies. I will be taking my banking to an establishment that knows how to process checks. Ridiculous. They are racial profiling me because they don't think my checks are good. Screw them!

People are very nice but overall bank policies are terrible- example I receive direct deposit from my employer yet have no access to funds due to being entry memo posted today message- told it is not hard posted- yet I also have funds direct deposited to online bank at same time and have immediate access to them. Why the difference? Maybe will considering moving all of my funds for direct deposit to online banks and have immediate access to my money.

Bad employees working here and long wait times. They purposely make things slow. Complaint has been filed with corporate. No assistance needed from anyone at this place.

The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and super efficient. We've been banking here for over ten years and not had a problem they couldn't resolve. Highly recommend them!

The ATM at this branch seems to be unavailable more times than not. As this is the ONLY ATM, this should not ever happen outside of banking hours. This has happened too often and also has happened midway through a transaction. Explain that one? This seems to be a problem with the Tehachapi branch also. I deem this very poor customer service. Keep your ATM's operational and of good standing at all times. After all, it's your only one ATM in town.
