Worst customer service ever!!!!! Rayna the "manager" is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever seen. Be rude to my 82 year old father sparky and your gonna be called out. She's in customer service in a community of senior citizens. They deserve respect and if you don't like doing so Rayna then maybe get out of customer service!!! So many more professional senior friendly banks in town. Save your sanity and stay away from this place.

This bank has tellers that work extra slow if they are having a bad day, just to annoy customers. I do not trust banks in general, and this one is not an exception.

I do like this bank been here for years, but after sitting in line numerous times at noon, I am left wondering why would you have only one person in drive thru at noon knowing that it is so bust everytime I come here? Do they not realize that many people do their banking at noon?

Few years back, I opened a joint bank account with my boyfriend at the time. They would NOT open the account until BOTH of us were there to give our signatures. When my boyfriend and I broke up, he ALONE withdrew the money from the account and closed the account. He was able to do this without my approval, without my signature, without my knowledge and without me being notified by the bank. Why would bank of the San Juan’s policies allow this? I’ll never use this bank again and would recommend others do not either…. Not if you want a bank you can trust with your money and count on.

Staff always has a positive and pleasant attitude. I couldn't be more impressed with the staff at this location they're always accommodating, knowledgeable and happy to help in any way possible. If you're looking for a bank , look no further you have found it.

I have been with this bank several years, they are wonderful! Even when Ive had problems with my account, my local branch is extremely helpful and sympathetic when there were unauthorized charges. The staff at any branch is great! Great place to trust!

Lol if I could give this bank a -5 🌟 I would! The rookie customer service rep for no reason has a bad attitude every time I go there. I called the bank manager to inform him of the situation and he didn't seem very motivated about addressing the situation...... So I went to Wells Fargo and opened an account! To anyone who wants to open an account at San Juan DON'T! Wells Fargo is the place to go, and you won't have to deal with a 65 yr old lady "mad at the world" attitude like the bank of san juan!!!!
