Website down for 2 days. Spent 20 minutes the first day on the phone with some Indian gal from customer support who had me do all kinds of things to my computer which served no purpose except to wipe out my saved passwords. THEN she tried the site on her computer and said "your right, it down. Sorry for the inconvenience". Day 2...same thing except I refused to do all that stuff to my own computer. Same answer.. "your right. We are having technical difficulties and are working to resolve it. Sorry for the inconvenience". Not being able to get to my paycheck is a bit more than an "inconvenience"
