D0 not waste your time or money here . They are very unprofessional and rude . They closed my dad's account for no reason , and stole money from my mom's account. We will be calling a ĥigher manager about this . The guy couldn't read the expiration date on my dad's card and turned him away. Your handling important personal info and you can't read that right? The people who are happy with this bank probably have inside family and friends working there , they get treated so much better .

This was the worst service I have ever received from a bank! I do not go to the bank to meet friendly people so the pure lack of respect and kindness from these people is besides the point (extremely rude and hard-nosed people). However, I DO go to the bank to make transactions. And that’s exactly what they could not help me with. I was issued a large check in the name of Bank of America twice within a period of 2 weeks. The first time they cashed it with no problem. The next week they refused to cash it. After about an hour and a half the “manager” (as she calls herself although I’m not sure if she was lying) told me that the max amount they can cash is $2500 without a bank account. I know this to be untrue because as I said the prior week I cashed another large amount which was much higher than $2500.I don’t know why she decided to lie or why they couldn’t cash it but I do know one thing… I do not deal (my hard earned money) with LIARS. I will NEVER trust Bank of America with my money and if I see that a check needs to be issued by them I will request a different payment method from now on. The hassle I went thru was straight ridiculous! The “manager” lady kept making up lies and excuses as to why they are unable to cash it. And after I demanded to speak to upper management she said her “supervisor is unavailable”. I don’t know how dumb this lady is (another reason why I won’t let them handle my money) but managers usually don’t have supervisors… it’s the other way around. Don’t give your money to idiots who lie and expect a fair return! They will not deliver. These people are too stupid to handles a large check that came from them to me. I tried explaining that this money actually came from them and that I just want it in a different form but these people were too dim to understand this. Funny thing is I took it to another bank and they thought it was very strange that a bank wouldn’t want to cash ITS OWN check. After verifying that it was real they cashed it!!!!!!! I’ll take Maya Angelou’s advice on this one “when someone tells you how they are, believe them the FIRST TIME”!!!!!!! I will never do business with Bank of America again and I hope they get bought out!!!!!!! Funny thing is I ended up cashing it at another bank.

i went there too reset my password. and get the 0% rate up grade on a card. i was told getting a different card was better . so i went along . it lowered my line of credit. and the person did not listen when i said do not use the address on my i d. and was too lazy to search an address as i asked. also he knew what he did so i got no business card from him. i like this branch and b of a. but like so many today the person i spoke with left out info that hurt me as far as available funds and inferred that my credit line would go up not down.he gave me shoddy service .he came across as okay. but might want to look into work in used cars.

THE WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD. I stood in a empty line for 20mins while ALL of the workers were chatting.

Three works to sum from this B of A. Disrespectful, Inattentive, & directionless.

I went in to this B of A on Saturday (12/9/17) to cash a check. I have an account at a different bank and so I didn't mind if there was going to be Fee. So I go up to the teller (a man) and right away he said he needed the manager to sign of on it? And they ask me to have a seat at one of the desk and the manager Abril? (pretty sure that was her name) she starts heckling me to open an account and I told her I was fine with my bank, and continued to explain that I wasn't expecting to receive a check and I usually DO NOT. Because thru my employer I have direct deposit. She kept repeating herself and made me feel very uncomfortable. And she continued to state how my bank was very Inconvenient and how much easier it would be to bank with B of A. I wasn't going to change my mind. She seemed very nice at first but once I said did not want to switch she got very rude, pushy and her tone just changed. I felt very intimidated. I really thought she wasn't going to let me cash my check. But they did. And after that conversation with her, the teller who helped me he was trying to make small talk and I just hung my head low and didn't really respond to him when he was counting my money. I don't think I will go back to this Bank Of America.

I recently started a private business and opened a business account at BoA through this branch. I am a vendor through the county, thus my checks come from a BoA account held by Pima County. I attempted to deposit my first check and discovered it would take BoA roughly 2 weeks to verify that the funds were available in the County Government's BoA account.

I attempted to reach out online for assistance through the "chat" function and was told there was nothing they could do and the agent disconnected without even saying goodbye. I called in for further assistance and I was told nothing could be done because BoA had to contact themselves, BoA, to verify the funds were available in the government account at BoA. When I asked if there was any benefit to having a BoA specific account for internal BoA transactions, I was told there is none.

It's somewhat frightening to me, and disheartening, that it takes 1 - 2 weeks for a bank to verify funds in their own bank, especially the of the county government who regularly pays vendors. As I was told by their agent, there is no benefit to having an account at BoA as opposed to another bank. Look elsewhere.
