DIANA is the worst! One star is too much here. Have been a member for 15+ years and I cant run to CHASE fast enough! This bank is stuck in the stone age. It took over 3 weeks to get me a replacement card when I lost mine. Since I am a loyal customer I dealt with that. Recently they blocked me from transferring money to a specific company, with no valid reason, that no other banks block. Once again, I dealt with it. I opened a chase account transferred the funds there and conducted my business. This delayed my transaction by a week and cost me a significant amount of money, still I remained loyal. Today I get a call in regards to DEPOSITS into my account from the company the blocked. Diana stated this company is banned, again had no reason why and was completely rude during the conversation. Not once was there an apology to a long time customer. Not once did she try to save me from switching banks and not once did she make me feel like my business was valued. if you are thinking about using this bank I urge you to stay away! Although the bank is always empty and they may NEED your business they will never make you feel like the WANT your business.
