Terrible assistance. It’s been more than a month that we are dealing with them. My mom suffered an accident and needed surgery and medical care while in US. My parents had to spend tons of money out of pocket because the AXA Partners refused to pay for it. They gave us different information every time we talked to them through the phone and email. Even with a Doctors letter stating that my mom needed to go back to her country to ASAP to continue with her care, and had her leg elevated during the flight, they refused to get her tickets or rebook them. I had to call every dr, hospital, airlines to collect their information to give AXA Partners ALL the information they needed.And even after doing their job, they were NOT helpful and NOT followed with what they promised. Now the hospitals are sending us bills and they still don’t want to pay, stating that the hospitals aren’t sending them the bills. Today they asked us to contact the hospitals to ask them to send AXA Partners the bills (again .. they want me to do their job for them), with the excuse that “the hospitals don’t want to charge AXA Partners now so they can get more money from them“!!! Absurd!!! ALL the bills were sent to them and they still want to accuse other corporations of being at fault, for their lack of care and responsibility.Choose anyone but AXA Partners.
