I’ve been with State Farm for over 44 years now. I’ve been with Audwin Rowe for over 10 of those 44 years. There are Quality people at this establishment. They take good care of me in times of questions regarding my policies, towing, accidents, and payments. Audwin is very knowledgeable about a lot of things. I’m never rushed. I’m always left feeling like not only are my request honored but I took a little more. I feel like we are family. 10 stars and 2 thumbs up!

My experiences with the Audwin S. Rowe/State Farm Insurance Agency have been great. Specifically, Tasha Spratlen is AWESOME! She is always professional and quick to reply to emails as well as phone calls. I was able to easily start new home and life policies (much cheaper rate than an another agent, with the same coverage). Also, it was always nice to speak to a live person and not have to deal with an automated system if I needed to call for immediate answers. Tasha always provides personal attention.

I don't know where to start, but I’d like to say that State Farm is the way to go. My mom passed away a year ago. Tasha assisted me, promptly in processing the information; so I could cash out the policy and take care of my mom's funeral. She was kind and compassionate during such a difficult time. She's also assisted me in getting the best car insurance rates for my son. Tasha is very patient, attention to detail and very easy to talk to, she's always willing to help. If she doesn't know she will do the research and get back to you promptly. She is an asset to State Farm. Thank you Tasha for all you do it's greatly appreciated.
