I worked with Jameson Shepherd for a few months throughout my journey to find my first home. Me and my husband began home searching back in 2019. We were first-time home buyers and had zero knowledge of how the house market worked. We ended up getting a relator from another company that we found on Instagram. However, once we met her in person we realized she was NOT the person we wanted to make business with, she was sarcastic and a bit rude. We then found Jameson, and it was a night and day difference. Jameson was always on top of things, listened to us (even when we made no sense lol), understood our concerns, and even showed us houses on a last minute notice on Sundays, more than anything he was never rude and very professional about everything. I’m so thankful Jameson was a part of home purchase journey in this crazy time with a pandemic and a super competitive real estate market.

If you’re a first-time home buyer, definitely ask for Jameson!

I started selling my house in October 2020 . Selling my house seemed like a daunting task with all the paper work and inspections you have to go through. Jameson was able to walk me through the complicated process and sell my house above what I was originally asking for. With in the first week we had multiple offers and my house was sold in no time. I highly recommend Jameson and will be using him again if I ever buy again in Kern county. Thanks again Jameson.
