Taufiq and Raji were extremely responsive when we recently had a problem with our gas fireplace. Taufiq scheduled a service call within a reasonable amount of time and handled all billing for us. Raji came to our home, took great care to cover his work space with a drop cloth, answered all of our questions in a courteous manner, and fixed the problem for us. Also, Raji followed up with us for a week to ensure the problem was completely fixed before completing an invoice for us. I would highly recommend Royal Bengal to anyone needing similar services.

This company has been out to my home at least twice in the past five years, and they have come out the day I called. Once in the winter I woke up to no heat, Royal Bengal was out to fix the problem in two hours and found a circuit board malfunction. Although my heater is quite old they didn't try to sell me the latest, they just fixed it and there's been no problem with it since. Another time they were out when my water heater was on the fritz, I do need another one because its filled at the bottom and the capacity is diminished, I will call them when I decide sto make a replacement.
