I work with Aza and he is best agent I have ever had. Answers all questions fast, knows all his carriers well and is always reviewing to make sure you get the best possible coverage. For once in my life I feel like I have an Insurance ally and am the most protected I have ever been. If you want an agent that is truly on YOUR side - def call Aza, hes the best you will find !

Aza is quick to respond but pretty rude if you find better coverage elsewhere. He will say it’s not the same and when you call him, try to tell you why you need to pay more for XYZ and upsell you. To I guess increase his commission? Not quite sure about that but it gave us too much of a sales vibe and we chose elsewhere with a better rate anyway.

Anazing...no communication or followup from them for a week after I sent my info. Leave a one star review and get multiple, excuse filled emails and a response to the review within an hour to review. Too bad it takes a negative review to get a response. Doesn't bode well for actual setvice.

Requested a quote online. Immediately got an automated response telling me to click on the proveded link for the quote! All that link took me to is back to their website to request a quote.

Sense requested documents to Lily O'Brien after she contacted me in person. Have to spend over a week with no response. However, the next day I get an email from Aza in the office asking for the exact same information.

I replied that I had sent it already a day and a half ago to lily, and had never gotten an acknowledgment. Never got a response from Asa either. They seem to definitely want all your information, yet never do any kind of follow through for an actual quote other than an automated system that links you right back to their website.

I don't understand the excellent reviews because from what I can see they're more of a data mining company than an insurance broker.

We have all of our personal and commercial insurance with Aspen Gold. Aza is the best insurance broker I have ever worked with in my life!! He answers his phone or gets back with you immediately. He shops around for us every year to make sure we are getting the best insurance for the best price. He also has helped me out when moving big trucks across town, needing insurance cards, needing insurance the same day, etc. etc. He is always helping us out! We love him!!
