My mom is on a fixed income and really needed an ins policy that was within her budget. Arturo S was awesome breaking down how the differnt polices work and what they cover. We had numerous of questions, he was patient and answered every question to our satisfaction. Arturo is professional and has awesome customer service skills. He saved us just about half of what we were paying with our current ins. We got a excellent deal on a home owners ins policy and full coverage car ins policy. Arthuro Salto, is an angel send from above, he has being their for me and my family since we purchased our first home and insure our cars, he is a better agent than Jake from State Farm. He goes Beyond and out of his way to help.( one thing I will not forget, is that when we first bought our first home, he was the only one to go out his way to come and drop us a welcome home kit, even thought he didn’t have too, he did me and my wife value and appreciate that so much. The small details are what matter)he is always there when I need him, he never ovoids my calls, it doesn’t matter what time in a day, he always answers. I got an a car accident he was the first person I called, he walk me throughout every step by step, help me make file a police report and gave me great advice, and he also save me a lot of money.
