New homeowners here! Hadn't used our AC much since we moved in (almost a year prior), until the massive burst of heat in Early September (2024). Found out that we should be changing our filter every ~6 months or so, which we most certainly had never done. Checked on the AC unit after the surge of heat to see a MASSIVE puddle of water, and we feared for the worst.

Oleg came out today and was SUPER informative! Luckily, we had not broken our system yet, which was surprising as our filter was so dirty, it looked like a small furry animal.

Oleg checked our unit/ compressor/ filter(s)/ return/etc-- and gave us tons of helpful info! Efficient, effective, economical, friendly, 6/5 stars!

We thought our AC was working already, but after he was done with the consult, our home was like a tundra in minutes!

I've been using Around the Clock for regular HVAC checkups for a couple of years. I just had a situation where the A/C stopped working. Igor came out the next day and figured out that there was a leak. He was able to find the leak, repair it and recharge the system all within 2 days. He explained everything very clearly, and took video of the leak so I could see it w/o going on the roof. I'm super grateful to Around the Clock for their fast response.

We came back from a trip and noticed the air conditioner had stopped pushing cold air. We could hear the fan but nothing cold was coming out. It is the beginning of summer here in Los Angeles, CA and we were also in a heat wave. The first night without the AC was rough to say the least. Hard to sleep for both myself and my dog who was up all night panting. As soon as Monday hit, I called around to see how soon someone could come out. Most places I called couldn't come out the same day but Around The Clock Heating and AC did! We coordinated an arrival window and arranged for the tech to notify me when they were on their way. I received a call from the tech, about a half hour before the arrival window, to let me know he was on his way. I met him there and he was ready to go. I showed him the AC unit/ furnace and condensor. He immediately began investigating, by process of elimination, to determine what's wrong. He noticed the unit was working but the condenser wasn't. He then checked the condensation pipe and sure enough there was water backed up in it that was triggering a safety sensor causing the condenser to shut off. He used a high pressure CO2 to clear out any clogs in the condensation pipe. We waited for the condenser to start up again but it didn't. He ran a few tests which showed there was too much pressure. We then used a garden hose to help cool it down. Sure enough it came back on and all was well... and cool again. Around the Clock provided us with prompt care, professional service at a fair and reasonable price.
