My agent, Madison, is always professional, friendly, and prompt with any questions I have or changes I need to make to my insurance. It is much more enjoyable to be able to communicate directly with Armor than deal with a large insurance agency.

I dont recommend this company. They did not explain the coverage or bills. When I asked for clarification on what I am paying for, they could not answer. I honestly dont think they understood what they were charging me. I went straight to Hartford and they explained it.

The initial email response from my online request for a General Liability Insurance quote was pretty quick.

But everything else about the customer experience needs some attention! I was continually promised a quotation on my insurance policy. Additional information was requested from me, which I submitted 3 hours later. Then, every email was responded to with "you should have it tomorrow, or maybe later today!". I never received a quote. 3 weeks later - I'm going to go spend my money on an agency that actually seems to want my business.
