I went to the office to get a quote to switch auto and renters insurance. The guy said there was a problem because I got quotes online and he could help. The woman Arline Silva was laughing. I went outside to call customer service with Allstate to take care of the issue and make a call. And come back inside. While doing so Arline and the agent who was helping me quickly left in a car and took off. Horrible service Horrible people.

Because of Arline Silva not updating our address we were not notified that our card on file expired so we got canceled, overcharged and taken off auto-pay. Was also overcharged on annual mileage as she put we drove 35265 miles a year not 12000. Was overcharged for 179000 miles. Agent will not take responsibility for her error..Allstate is useless, won't get ahold of me to solve this issue. Very disappointing as I have been a customer for 9 years.

Tried getting insurance here and the customer service was very disappointing. after several email exchanges, and final decision making. I never received an email back. Decided not to reach out because if this is how my service is going to be when need help then no thank you.
