Dr. Orton is the most caring oral surgeon I have ever met. I'd had a few initial exams from others in my old hometown, and his true compassion for his patients is evident from the first meeting. He has a very caring, soothing manner.
(None of that subtle arrogance that some oral surgeons seem to develop.)

He performed oral surgery to remove 3 impacted wisdom teeth for me, and I appreciated so much his complete honesty on which ones actually needed removal and which did not.
He explained the potential nerve issues that could come up with one, and showed me exactly why on the 3D scan. He allotted extra time for my surgery so he could take his time on that tooth and try to avoid the nerve damage.

I have pretty major dental phobias and he and his team really reassured me, both during my initial exam and day of surgery. He didn't have any issues with getting my anaesthesia IV going at all.

My surgery was in June, and my mouth has healed up wonderfully.
Both Dr. Orton and his technicians, Esme and Kara were wonderful. The office staff was excellent and called to check up on me afterwards. I'm so glad I went with AZOMS.

this is the best oral surgery office I've ever been to! Every person I saw was beyond nice and welcoming, and Dr. Orton is the best! He really took the time to hear me out and listen to my concerns. If I ever need more work then I'm coming here again!!

I recently had a wisdom teeth removal done here and it was one of my best experiences with a dental procedure. Everyone was very helpful, kind, and forthcoming about every step of the process. Dr. Ortin and his team were very patient and understanding of my anxieties with needles and dental work, taking great care to ensure my comfort every step of the way. Everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Orton at the Sahuarita location is fantastic! He’s kind, talks you through everything to help you feel at ease, and has great bedside manner. My daughter has had a total of 10 teeth removed by AZOMS, and we’ve always had good experiences, but our last one with Dr. Orton was the best! So glad they have an office in Sahuarita now.

I know someone who went in for emergency extraction after spending 2 different nughts in the ER for pain. Pain that prevents her from eating, sleeping, taking care of her baby, etc and they will not do anything until she pays up front. I bet they wouldn't last 5 minutes in her shoes. Even if the men were kicked between the legs 24/7 that still wouldn't compare to her pain. My guess is they are not too good at what they do and the positive reviews were paid for. I work for an 18 practice ENT and we certainly do NOT treat our patients this way.

I had some major oral surgery on Friday. The staff was warm, welcoming and professional. The day of the surgery, they came in early, bedside manner was excellent, and they made sure I understood aftercare. The results are much better than I anticipated, Dr Coles does great work. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I love this office! Clean, modern, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and a calming atmosphere. The team was very personable and service was excellent. Dr. Coles was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and my treatment was absolutely painless. Great office for dental extractions and implants! I can’t recommend them enough!!

I'm mid-way through the process of an implant with AZOMS in Sahuarita and am very pleased. From the front staff getting me in quickly during my first call to my initial consultation appointment and the implant procedure itself everyone from the front office staff to the technicians to Dr. Saghofi has been professional AND compassionate. I appreciated how Dr. Saghofi explained my treatment options and especially how the team was fully transparent before I made my procedure appointment about the expense I could expect. Following my procedure, I have been impressed by how many follow-up calls I've received to ensure that I am doing well and to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend AZOMS in Sahuarita!
