Arch Brokerage was recommended to me by a friend when I was looking for a new Medicare insurance plan. I was very pleased with the service we received. Nikki Lemley was extremely helpful, patient and kind. Nikki did all the work for us, and made the process easy. I wish my decision making had been that easy! I did finally decide on a plan based on the provided information, and Nikki made sure my application was in order and submitted it for me. She advised me to return next year as insurance plans and coverage fluctuate from year to year. I could not have asked for a better experience. I have been with Arch Brokerage for about 6 years now since I started on Medicare. These guys rock! They got me on the best program for myself and then every year they review it for me to be sure it is the best fit. They will also review your current prescription's if you send them a list as drug costs can change and effect your out of pocket expenses. Recently I had a scare that I was a victim of a scam with a Medicare supplement charge. I emailed them after hours and the next morning Sharon, Isabel Samantha & Joe were involved. They verified my current program was in tact , gave me information to verify with Medicare and in less than 24 hours everything was back to normal. If you are looking for assistance in choosing the Medicare program that is right for you, these guys do it all! All you need to do is give them a call. Then sit back and relax. I am a customer for life!
