Been coming here for years! This is hands down the best place for all license services. Chuck is great, the girls are fantastic also. It’s a very easy process and saves a trip to the dmv. Hidden gem for sure! 5 stars all day everyday!

Chuck is amazing, he was highly recommended to us from friends. I was having trouble dealing with DNR for my boat title and new registration numbers. Let’s just say it was a complete nightmare and took almost a year to complete the process only to get denied. I explained to chuck what happened and he fixed everything! I’m so happy! I’m absolutely going to just chuck for now on!!

Horrible customer service, very rude grumpy old man will hang up on you and say they can’t help with a service they provide as well as a rude front desk, very unprofessional do not waste your time with this company they do not like to do their job.

I promise I’ll never step foot in here again. The front lady rude af. Halfway through conversation she became reluctant to help or even verbally respond. I’m sure she trash talked me like she trashed talked the ladies who walked out before me. Being told I don’t have correct info but not told what I need. So I called and exactly what I needed is in my hand. Luckily the Currency Exchange down the road answered my questions and issued my documents.

Beginning in Feb. of 2024, I went to Cermak's office to register my vehicle in IL as I had recently moved from WI. Cermak's office came highly recommended to me by many people, so I decided to go as I enjoy supporting small, local businesses when given the opportunity. During the initial part of this process, my credit union informed me it would take 7-10 days for them to receive my title, and Cermak's office claimed they never received it, even after I told them I had received notification it was sent on February 14th from my WI Credit Union. I called a handful of times for updates, and they remained adamant that they never received it. Miraculously, they suddenly were able to register my vehicle without my title. A few weeks later I received Truck B Plates for my passenger vehicle. I went back, and I was given a copy of an email where they told me that they had accidentally registered my vehicle as a truck and had emailed the DMV to correct it, but it wasn't. On Saturday 4/13, I returned to Cermak's office where they told me I had to go to the DMV to have my plates reclassified, so I did. Now, finally 2 1/2 months later, I had to go to the DMV where they told me that my license plate was flagged with an error in their system due to how Cermak's office registered my vehicle, without the title. I wouldn't have been able to renew my plates next year because of this issue. If Cermak's office had never received my title and asked that I get a new one, I would have taken the proper channels to obtain a lost title, but they tried to fix it without having a title for my vehicle, and instead made a larger mistake than originally registering a passenger vehicle as a truck. They did reimburse me the $29 I had to pay at the DMV for them to reclassify my plates, which I appreciate, hence the 2 stars.
In my future endeavors, I will unfortunately be using any other place but this one.

Chuck was extremely friendly and efficient. I called in advance to get a quote for a title transfer and plates. It ended up being a few dollars less than quoted. He also helped with getting the old plates off and temporary plate on and gave great advice on how to keep the temporary plate in tact till the permanent plates come. I 100% recommend using Antioch license service!

By far the best place to for vehicle, boat or anything else you have to get titled or registered type business done. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. In and out in 10 minutes. Their fee is well worth not having the pain and headache of walking into the Secretary of State.
