I spoke to agent YASMINE on 4/18/24 at the Toyota of San Bernardino location (650 Auto Center Dr San Bernardino Ca 92408) around 0945am in regards to an unauthorized payment for $651.54 and how I wanted a refund, She was very VERY Rude, smart mouth, she didn't allow me to speak, she over talked me the entire time, and I explained to her I did not get any notification of this payment, not in my mailbox or in my email, she argued with me that it was sent out, but I did not receive anything. She had an attitude from the second she answered the phone, she failed to even state her name unless I asked even when I asked she still was hesitant to tell me. All she did was tell me "you should've gotten it," over and over while I was trying to speak, she also stated that if I canceled my policy I would not get a full refund. I do not appreciate what she did and I hope she gets reprimanded if not Terminated for her Horrible customer service. She is a very poor customer service representative/ Agent for Allstate. Due to her negative and Rude behavior a complaint was filed against her to the corporate office and also a bad review on all review platforms starting with GOOGLE!

Highly recommend calling to receive a quote! I don’t regret taking time to gain information for myself. I was assisted by Lucy and she was able to save me about $200.
