Ive had the same insurance for about 20 years. Never really needed anything until today. I contacted Nikki with 3 different problems. So... I have been using Nikki for my insurance needs my whole life. Well, in the beginning when I originally started my policies with Bob Follis (RIP), Nikki being his right-hand woman at that time, would always be reaching out to make sure I was taken care of. She was destined to become a great agent from the start, which is why when Bob passed away, sticking with Nikki at Anew Insurance was a no brainer. I was previously in the auto industry for many years, and I leased all my vehicles (12 to be exact) and whenever I needed a quote or to update my policy, she was always available and quick to respond with what I needed. I purchased my first house back in 2015 and I also use her for my homeowner’s insurance.
