I moved here when my old bank went downhill, so I came frustrated with banks. They have been a complete joy to work with the entire time. Always friendly, always helpful, and I generally like the way they operate.

Kind of bummed that the Android mobile app isn't functional now, but the website works pretty well on both desktop and mobile, so I'm still able to do what I need.

Definitely enjoy having them here! Won't be moving my accounts anywhere else.

I walked in this morning around 10am to open up a checking and savings account. I noticed a total of 5 ppl working with one customer at the teller counter. I waited in line for several minutes and no one acknowledged my presence or offered to help me. Two of the tellers were trying to figure out a customer transaction and the other two at the end of the counter were talking amongst themselves. The one person in the office was behind me and ignored me as well. Drove 2 mins up the road and had my new accounts opened in half the time I spent waiting at this bank. Truly glad I saw this lack of concern for customer service BEFORE I opened my account!

Shannon and Adrian are incredible! I was so close to being late on my credit card payment and showed up right when they locked the doors. They had the Generosity to have the security guard unlock the door and turn everything back on just for me to pay my monthly payment! Life savers for my credit! Thank yall again!
