You are greeted with a smile as you come in, very fast and efficient service! They know exactly how to treat their customers, and very knowledgeable. You are in and out, with whatever problem you had as you went in, fixed. It is very worth the small fee you pay. I went in for a car registration I had been dealing with at DMV, in which DMV is now not helping with, and at Americana's they did it quick! You Save so much time!! Walked out with tags in minutes. One happy customer!!

Never again would I go to them!!or recommend this place I trusted in them to fill out my court documents for a ex parte for my kids. To have court on Monday to get a call from the court house saying that the paperwork was filled out wrong and missing a lot of things and it was incomplete . Now I have to go back to court fix the mistake they did and see if I can get a faster date. They ask to pick paperwork work up but for what to make another mistake. I paid a lot money so that this wouldn’t happened and all I got back was where human and we make mistakes. Not when I paid so much money and not to make mistakes on other people life’s. Also I asked them to give me a copy of a what they charged me and they couldn’t. Now I have to wait for the owner Ruth

Was I scammed by giving them my driver's license and social security number when they told me they do LiveScan fingerprinting? I will be watching my credit report and filing a police report for identity theft. My terrifying experience: I went in to get a copy of my LiveScan request form, because they advertise copies. I asked the receptionist if they could also do LiveScan fingerprinting also. She said that they do LiveScan fingerprinting and she would need my driver's license. I gave her my license. She went in the back and gave it to another person. I was sitting for nearly an hour while they had my driver's license. Finally, she came out with my license and said the machine was updating and I would need to come back in 45 minutes. Although, I thought it was suspicious that they took my driver's license in the back without their machine or me. I came back. This time they take my driver's license again, make me wait more than 30 minutes. When I asked for my driver's license back since they were obviously not fingerprinting me. They made me wait at least ten more minutes to return my own driver's license to me. Why would they take my driver's license away from me and hold it where I can't see it when they are not printing me because their machine doesn't work? I am scared and hope my private information such as social security number was not stolen.

Don't waste your time! Went for a notary and was told they couldn't help me. I believe it was due to the way I looked. So I went down the street to a mobile notary and was helped immediately.
