. . . Zero stars. I had to give at least one to post so it’s completely untrue. Zero is the answer.
My rates have gone up approximately $71/month since Amber Smith took over from Wade Atchison.
Wade always tried to work with me looking for ways to save money while Amber Smith has not. I’ve only gotten generic responses from the receptionist every time I’ve called about my rates. And not once have they gotten back to me in any way except to send the bill when it’s time.
Will definitely start looking elsewhere.

Amber was our agent when we were devastated by our home being destroyed by a Tornado. I never took the time to thank her, until now, on everything she did. The day after the destruction, she personally came to our house in terrible weather conditions and provided the most professional help that day and we felt so relieved. She never left us throughout the claim. Always was there to support us. Now our home is complete, and she was the reason we were not stressed through the whole ordeal.
