This company is a JOKE. Getting you in they act like they are awesome. Once you have questions or things that need fixing you practically have file a lawsuit to get them to come through. They also have no accountability in regards to their billing and reimbursement. Raised CAM against a lease then they sold the property and arent reconciling with a refund after they overcharged. SHAME

The quality of the home is good. The people from the company are some of the nicest I have worked with. My biggest complaint is it is taking months to finish the warranty work on our granite and dry wall and painting and no one is calling me back to schedule. I have left messages and texted them a few times with no return call. It can be very frustrating. I almost gave a poor rating because of this, but overall we are happy with our new home.
