What a joke this place is. Rude agents, never call you back agents and a lot of um i don't know.. now they won't even return my calls or they do and just hang up.. My employer went bankrupt and alliance is holding my 401k hostage. After all steps and paper work have been submitted to them over 2 months ago.. im facing eviction because of the small gape in loosing employment to geting new employment. Putting a call into my FBI friend on Monday for embezzlement and mismanagement of my money by allince. Hope you love geting raided by the fed boys @your Deerfield offices

Lied to over the phone by Shawn customers service manger @allince that there is no trustee appointed to account. Info from other sources have confirmed that Adam brief is the trustee. Allince will not cut any cheacks to red line employees because they are owed 12k. So 12k is holding up my 20k and hundreds of thousands of dollars of other former employees money. That doesn't belong to allince. Sounds like theft / holding hostage. Of somthing that doesn't belong to you. Obviously allince has zero integrity.

As the retirement account provider, I've made multiple calls to try and make changes to the account and although everything is in order on the Charles Schwab, Alliance Pension Consultants are the provider (who I need to contact for the account), they say they can't pull up my account by ss# (which is they only way they can look up an account...) but provide no other option/help/next steps. Customer service is poor, do not recommend!

One of the worst customer experiences I've encountered. They didn't have any records of my calls, had long processing times (over 30 days), and were rude on the phone more than once. Would not recommend.

Horrible website, can't find any of the information you need anywhere, FAQ page is a useless joke. Customer support number has very long wait times, over 30 minutes and based on the other reviews I'm glad I didn't waste my time with the call backs that never come. Tried calling the office phone number listed here from Google and was met with a very rude and unhelpful receptionist.
